John Lie-Nielsen


John Lie-Nielsen has more than 30 years leadership experience in technology and Real Estate. In 1983, he founded Johnstown American, which managed 180,000 apartment and condominium units nationwide. In 1995, he started HandyTrac Systems to provide key control for the multifamily industry. Lie-Nielsen is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Emory University with a BA in Economics. Awarded 3 US patents.

Tim Buffkin


Tim has construction experience spanning 30 years. During this time, he managed the construction or renovation of over 7500 apartments and condominiums, as well as houses and commercial. He is a HGreenH pioneer, and a member of South­face Energy Institute. Tim provides conservation recommendations, R&D and technical consultation. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Jennifer Cannon


Jennifer has a background in environmental conservation, customer service and management. With her nearly 10 years of operations management experience and expertise in water technology, Jennifer analyzes and communicates water usage trends and anomalies, while supervising the deployment of WaterSignal systems. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia.

Aaron Beasley


Aaron joined the company in November of 2015 as a National Sales Executive and quickly advanced to the role of Sales Director. Boasting over 9 years of sales management experience, Aaron heads up the WaterSignal sales department, and plays an active role in business development. Aaron attended The Citadel on a baseball scholarship, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Columbus State University.

Felix Ambrosetti


Throughout his tenure with the company, Felix has taken on numerous technical roles. Felix oversees the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of WaterSignal systems, while also coordinating with wireless carriers and certification laboratories. Felix holds a BA from the University of West Georgia.

Justin Roy

Quality Assurance

Justin joined the company in 2011 after serving as a RADAR technician in the U.S. Navy for 6 years. As operator of the WaterSignal testing facility, Justin ensures device quality and communication efficiency while assisting with research and development for special projects. He has a background in communication technologies and equipment maintenance.
