John Lie-Nielsen has more than 30 years leadership experience in technology and Real Estate. In 1983, he founded Johnstown American, which managed 180,000 apartment and condominium units nationwide. In 1995, he started HandyTrac Systems to provide key control for the multifamily industry. Lie-Nielsen is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Emory University with a BA in Economics and has been awarded 3 patents.
Senior Vice President of Operations
David has experience in computer technology, database and software installations. He was the Senior Field Technician for WaterSignal in Dallas prior to his current role. He oversees all field staff, installs and service, R&D projects, technical and cooling tower consultation and quality assurance. David studied English Literature at George Mason University
Tim has construction experience spanning 30 years. During this time, he managed the construction or renovation of over 7500 apartments and condominiums, as well as houses and commercial. He is a HGreenH pioneer, and a member of Southface Energy Institute. Tim provides conservation recommendations, R&D and technical consultation. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Technical Service Manager
Jennifer has a background in environmental conservation, customer service and management. As account manager for several property portfolios, she analyzes and communicates water usage trends and anomalies. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Resources from the University of Georgia.
